It simplifies operation, cuts setup time, and boosts production stability and efficiency.

Standard Features

Suitable for cutting aluminum alloy, thermal break aluminum and curtain wall profiles.
The machine uses carbide saw blades with high linear speed and processing accuracy.
The feeding system uses imported linear guide rails with high precision and good stability.
When the machine tool is working, the two saw heads can cut at the same time or separately.
The equipment can only cut at 45°.
The saw blade moves from back to front, making it safer and more reliable to saw profiles, and the sawing width is larger.
This machine tool can be equipped with a CNC system or a digital display device according to customer needs, which ismore suitable for large-scale, high-precision processing of aluminum-plastic doors and windows and aluminum curtain wall profiles.
