The LRZ2-CNC-550-2500 Arbitrary Angle CNC Double-Headed Cutting Saw is primarily used for processing and cutting aluminum profiles, performing arbitrary angle cutting on components such as curved anti-collision beams for new energy vehicles, and addressing various irregular cutting positions that require arbitrary angles.

Standard Features

Simple operation, reliable performance, advanced technology, and easy maintenance.
Two servo motors (2*0.75kW) drive the high-precision lead screw to feed the saw blade, ensuring fast cutting speed, high efficiency, and superior machining accuracy.
It can also be used for non-ferrous metal processing. Its two cutting heads can work independently or simultaneously, allowing for cutting to the required length and bevel angle in a single operation.
Suitable for cutting various special-shaped aluminum alloy profiles and sliding door materials, as well as for sectioning aluminum windows, doors, and curtain wall profiles.
Maximum cutting dimensions: 410mm at 90°, 210mm at 22.5°, and 290mm at 45°. The maximum cutting width for all three angles is 170mm.
